  If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Originally went to this place for the simple fact it is close to work. My schedule does not always allow me to slip out of work for an appointment at the set time and twice I have had to call and reschedule due to conflicts. I am told today that I am going to be charged a "cancellation fee" for changing my appointment. Normal course of business I am sure. However I was not compensated when their therapist had a family emergency and was unable to keep an appointment in October. Funny how the rules bend for the house but never for the consumer paying for the services. Sam, the therapist, is great and I would recommend any one to use him if he weren't employed here. The manager and the staff here are more than unprofessional and their conversation at times is extremely inappropriate. If you are looking for a place to get a massage twice a month, FIND ANOTHER SPA!!
