  Be careful to check with your insurance as to what is covered. I was told my insurance would cover a procedure, which I had done. Then, I was told the insurance company denied it. Their providing me wrong information cost me over $300.00 out of pocket. The decent thing would be for the practice to at least meet me half way and give me a discount so I wouldn't have to suffer for their mistake. Instead, I was hounded to pay the balance. I have left this practice because I never got an apology for their mistake, and willingness to not work with me to reduce the amount I needed to pay. I am 65 years old, on fixed income.
